Bostik Screedmaster One Coat Membrane is a two part, epoxy system containing the exact quantities of resin and hardener, ready for mixing together. Curing is by a stoichiometric chemical reaction giving a gloss finish.
It is compatible with calcium sulphate (Anhydrite) screeds up to 87% RH (without UFH).
Bostik Screedmaster One Coat Membrane is for suppressing residual construction moisture in cementitious subfloors, enabling floor coverings to be installed earlier in building projects. It is suitable for use with warm water underfloor heating installations with cementious screeds provided a temperature of 27°C is not exceeded. The heating must be switched off at least 48 hours before and after application.
Bostik Screedmaster One Coat DPM and Bostik Screedmaster One Coat Accelerator are both solvent free products and are suitable for use in all project work including hospitals, schools, retail outlets and commercial projects.
On a smooth, power floated concrete base, a single coat application can provide protection up to a maximum hygrometer reading of 97% RH. Moisture readings quoted are based on BS 8203 using a properly calibrated and insulated surface hygrometer.
